Refund conditions
To ask for a refund, fill the form on this website within 14 days of purchase. That is the only door. We do not publish a staff email, and we do not take paper in Cyprus.
How to ask
- Sign in as the paying account owner. Your platform number is the first question; then choose your verified payment.
- Ask within 14 days of purchase, unless you ticked “start now, I give up the 14 days” at checkout. Weekly membership always needs that tick.
- Fill the feedback form. Use the button below. One question at a time.
- You do not have to have copied a politician’s trade. We will not hide behind that.

This page is for when paid membership is live. Until we take a payment, there is nothing to refund.
1. Statutory 14-day right (EU / EEA consumers)
If you buy a They Know membership as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason, under the EU consumer rights rules as they apply in Cyprus.
To withdraw, fill the refund form on theyknow.eu within those 14 days. That form is the only door. We do not publish a staff email, and we do not take paper in Cyprus.
2. Digital content exception
If you ask us to start the digital service immediately, and you tick a clear box that you waive the 14-day right, the right ends when the service starts.
Year and month keep the 14 days until you tick that box yourself. Weekly payment is a one-year commitment and cannot start unless you tick it.
We will not hide that box. We will not invent extra conditions such as ‘you must have copied a political trade’.
3. How a refund is paid
We refund the same way you paid, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving a valid withdrawal.
If a payment processor is involved, their timing sits on top of ours. We will name the processor on the subprocessors page.
4. After 14 days
You may cancel a membership so it does not renew. We do not have to refund unused days after the statutory window, unless the law where you live says otherwise or we agree in writing.
