1. Who we are

TheyKnow is an flndrn brand, operated by flndrn, flndrn, Arch. Makariou III 171, Vanezis Business Center, 4th floor, 3027 Limassol, Cyprus. Work is done in Flanders.

2. What TheyKnow is — and is not

TheyKnow organises public US congressional stock disclosures (Periodic Transaction Reports under the STOCK Act) so a European reader can see them, search them, and receive alerts.

TheyKnow is general information. It is not personal investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell, not a portfolio, not a broker, and not an offer of securities.

We do not have non-public information about US politicians. We do not make you an insider. Public filings are not inside information under the EU Market Abuse Regulation once they are public.

US law often allows up to 45 days between a trade and the filing. We do not claim real-time knowledge of trades.

Nothing on TheyKnow is an investment service under MiFID II. We do not manage money or execute orders.

3. Risk

Investing can mean losing all the money you put in. Past filings and past prices do not predict the future.

You are responsible for your own decisions, your own broker, and your own taxes.

4. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, scrapes it aggressively, or tries to pass our data off as someone else’s product.

5. Membership and money

Paid membership is not charged on this site until checkout is live. Creating an account now does not take a payment.

When billing is on, the price and period will be shown before you pay. Yearly and monthly options may exist. Affiliate commission is 25% of paid subscription revenue for as long as that referred membership stays active, on rules we will publish in the affiliate dashboard.

6. Your use of the content

You may use TheyKnow for yourself. You may not republish our feed as a competing product, or remove the link to the original government filing.

Government PDFs remain the work of the United States. We do not claim copyright in the raw filing.

7. Availability

The service is provided as available. Official US sites go down. Parsers miss a line. We will fix what we can; we do not promise perfection.

If a ticker mapping is uncertain, we hold the row. That is deliberate.

8. Liability

We are not liable for investment losses, missed trades, or delayed filings. This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything the law of Cyprus does not allow us to exclude.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, your mandatory rights stay intact.

9. Cooling-off

When you pay for a digital membership, EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw, unless you ask us to start the service at once and you tick that you waive the right. Year and month keep those 14 days until you tick. Weekly payment is a one-year seat and only starts if you tick. The refund page states the rule in full.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts: the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer courts where you live.
